At L’Atelier Perle, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we hope you love your jewellery as much as we love making it. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Change of Mind
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
To be eligible:

Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
