Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. As each item is handmade, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your jewellery with love and attention to detail.

Please note: During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia (Domestic):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD

International:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Delivery times vary by destination and can range from 7–21 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delays & Disruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). However, we’ll always do our best to support you and provide updates if we’re made aware of any disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
